My name is Kim Tibbetts and I live in Los Angeles, CA where I was born and raised. Travel has been my passion since my early teens and has taken me all over the U.S. and parts of the world. I work 40+ hours a week indoors so I crave being outdoors and often pick destinations that allow me to see nature at its finest.

My travel companion and partner in crime documented all of our trips with a point and shoot camera. Admittedly, I was always about getting from point A to B as fast as possible. I had a desire to improve the quality of our photos so I suggested we get a DSLR camera in 2012. Much to my surprise, I was the one that couldn’t put the camera down. I have been asked often if stopping to take photos takes away from the experience itself and for me it is the exact opposite. I see the world in a completely new and fresh way that has added a whole new depth to my travels and life.
